Working in London

Well I am working in my same cube in New Jersey, but I am looking at British blogs.  Can only dream.

Finding some all around cool things.  Bear with the randomness.

I could see these hung up in the kitchen or dining area wall.

Checking out an artist that I found from a Moo email.

On the blog, I found this cool post about Giants - about artist Jason Barnhart.

So, Tim, this is what you'd like our wedding to look like?

Esessed

Am I becoming obsessed with this engagement session?  I believe that planning can be a great way to make a good thing great!  Might as well take the time and pick the best location, outfit, hair, makeup, etc. if I have the time.

Here's one that is gorgeous!

Ann Taylor engagement sess inspiration

I love pretty much all Ann Taylor advertising campaigns, and think the current Fall 2011 ads are gorgeous and perfect inspiration for my engagement session.

I found those shots on FabSugar.  Then it led me to these beautiful dresses by the H&M Conscious Collection.
And my dress...

Want one of J&L like this! But there is also something kind of creepy about it.
Love this!  Wish I could buy it, but it is on a sew-it-yourself tutorial.

Fall | Engagement Photos | Portraits & Blogs

It is fall.  The air is crisp, but the sun still shines a warmth over the changing trees.  Here are some pictures that I like, that are helping me plan a possible engagement session.

More DIY Crafting Projects, Blogs

This is a continuation of yesterday's post.

A snuggly place to read a book:  http://bookshelfporn.com/post/1278216651
I am loving all of the great blogs I've been coming across the past few days.
Download: http://www.box.net/shared/oxudcr0bn7p0851dsuft
http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2011/07/recipe-for-easy-cheesy-zucchini-bake.html
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.  Spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.  Combine the sliced squash, chopped basil, sliced green onions, dried thyme, garlic powder, and blended shredded white and parmesan cheeses and stir together until the veggies are coated with cheese and the herbs are well-distributed.  Season with salt and pepper.  Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes.
When the zucchini is nearly cooked through, take the casserole dish out of the oven and sprinkle over the remaining 1/2 cup of grated cheese.  Put the dish back in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer, or until the cheese is melted and nicely browned and zucchini is fully cooked.  Serve hot.
Which led me to this great photography blog with great tutorials: http://rebeccacooper.blogspot.com/search/label/tutorials
And then I moved onto this Inkjet Image Transfer, in which you print onto a transparency, and then use it as a stamp: http://content.photojojo.com/diy/inkjet-image-transfers/

This post rocks because it is so different, and threw me off a little: http://content.photojojo.com/inspiration/the-tiniest-street-art-around/
Some funny photos: Kind of a take on awkward family photos: http://www.zefrank.com/youngmenowme/

So many of  these bloggers are moms, at home, blogging, so some of the home stuff is nursery stuff.  Still loving how beautiful the design is.
A small space, but what a great idea with the painted ceiling and the book wall.
